Exciting News: A Brand New IT Tower is Coming Up in Kandlakoya village, Medchal(andal).

Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) is a government initiative in Telangana dedicated to the development of industrial infrastructure within the state. Its current focus is on the establishment of an IT tower spanning 8.87 acres of land at Kandlakoya, near Medchal ORR exit 6, Hyderabad, as part of the Growth in Dispersion (GRID) Policy.

To bring this project to fruition, TSIIC is seeking an experienced private-sector developer to collaborate on a Joint Development basis. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 500 crores, excluding the land cost. The selected bidder will be required to form a Special Purpose Company (SPC) and enter into a Joint Development Agreement with TSIIC.

In order to determine the preferred bidder, the key bid parameter will be the highest IT and ITES built-up area offered to the TSIIC, exceeding the minimum built-up area requirement of 2,00,000 square feet.
